Caitlin Stoutt
Customer Service Representative
Caitlin grew up in Selma, North Carolina, and discovered her passion for the veterinary field when she moved to Ohio and began working with a holistic veterinarian. After returning to North Carolina, she continued her career in veterinary medicine, gaining experience in various roles, including veterinary assisting, boarding and patient care, reception, and collaborating with trainers and behaviorists. Eventually, she found her true calling as a Veterinary Client Service Representative. Caitlin thrives on building trusting relationships with both clients and their pets. She affectionately refers to all pets as “babies,” regardless of their age, saying, “Animals are such agreeable friends—they ask no questions and pass no judgment.”
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her dog, Daryl, and her cat, Celine. She also loves reading a good book, traveling, and pet-sitting some of her beloved “babies”!

Her special interests include anesthesia, dental care, and compassionate handling. Carolyn is a Fear Free Certified Elite professional and takes pride in making every experience as comfortable as possible for all patients. Having a few “spicy” pets of her own, she understands how stressful vet visits can be for pets and owners alike and strives to alleviate as much of that stress as possible.
